Can I place an order as a gift for someone else?

When placing an order as a gift for someone else, make sure to enter your email address to receive all the summary information, but provide the recipient’s name and shipping details. We will ensure that prices and receipts are not included in the package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, then delivered in 3–7 business days (USA, Europe, UK, Australia). Delivery time starts once your order has shipped and doesn’t include weekends/holidays; international orders may take a bit longer due to customs. You’ll receive a tracking email when it’s on the way (tracking may take 24–48 hours to update). If you have a deadline coming up, email us with your order number and we’ll do our best to guide you.
